Effective Date: February 3, 2026
1.1. “Application” means BreederID.
1.2. “Provider” means Nexitech sp. z o.o., ul. Bratnia 30, 05-840 Brwinów, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 5342670597, email: support@nexitech.pl.
1.3. “User” means any individual who downloads or uses the Application on an Apple device.
1.4. “Apple” means Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries.
2.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA and Apple’s terms, Provider grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on Apple devices owned or controlled by the User.
2.2. This license includes the right to use the Application via Apple’s Family Sharing feature, if enabled and permitted by Apple.
3.1. User shall not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except to the extent permitted by law.
3.2. User shall use the Application lawfully and shall not infringe the rights of any third parties.
4.1. The Application BreederID allows animal breeders to manage operations including animal records, care schedules, reproduction tracking, locations, team roles, sales lists, CSV export, and PDF labels with QR/barcodes.
4.2. User data may be stored and processed using Google Firebase services.
5.1. Accessing the Application may require the creation of an account and login.
5.2. User is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content entered into the Application.
5.3. User grants Provider a non-exclusive license to store and process User data to provide Application services.
6.1. The Application offers auto-renewable subscription plans. All purchases and billing are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
6.2. Available subscription plans include but are not limited to:
Egg: up to 10 animals, 1 member
Juvenile: up to 100 animals, 3 members
Subadult: up to 500 animals, 5 members
Mature: up to 1000 animals, 10 members
Adult: up to 2500 animals, 25 members
Apex: unlimited
Pricing varies by region and currency based on Apple’s pricing.
6.3. Without an active subscription (or after trial expiration), the Application may operate in read-only mode.
7.1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7.2. Apple will charge the User’s account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
7.3. Subscription management and cancellation are available via User’s Apple ID settings.
7.4. Canceling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current period unless required by law.
8.1. The Application may offer a free trial period for new Users.
8.2. Unused portions of a trial are forfeited upon subscription purchase, if permitted by Apple’s policies.

10.1. The Application is provided “as is.”
10.2. Provider disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10.3. If the Application fails to conform with applicable warranty, the User may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable.
11.1. Provider’s liability is limited to actual damages and excludes lost profits or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
11.2. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1. Apple is not responsible for handling any claims related to the Application, including product liability or legal compliance.
13.1. All rights, title, and interest in the Application belong to Provider or its licensors.
13.2. User obtains only the license rights expressly granted in this EULA.
14.1. User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
15.1. The Application may use third-party services such as Google Firebase. User agrees to their terms as required.
16.1. Apple and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA with the right to enforce it.
17.1. This EULA is governed by the laws of Poland.
17.2. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
18.1. Provider may update this EULA. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
