Regulamin aplikacji SYNC: Orbit Drop

Data wejscia w zycie: 25 czerwca 2026 r.

Niniejszy regulamin okresla zasady korzystania z aplikacji mobilnej SYNC: Orbit Drop (“Aplikacja”). Korzystajac z Aplikacji, uzytkownik akceptuje ponizsze zasady.

2. Opis Aplikacji

SYNC: Orbit Drop jest mobilna gra logiczno-zrecznosciowa. Gracz obraca orbity, synchronizuje sygnaly, prowadzi kolorowe kulki przez bramki i probuje doprowadzic je do centrum planszy.

Aplikacja nie wymaga konta uzytkownika ani logowania. Postep gry, ustawienia, rekordy, gwiazdki, serie dzienne i podpowiedzi sa zapisywane lokalnie na urzadzeniu uzytkownika.

3. Warunki korzystania

Z Aplikacji moga korzystac osoby, ktore zgodnie z prawem moga zawrzec umowe o korzystanie z uslugi cyfrowej. Osoby niepelnoletnie powinny korzystac z Aplikacji za zgoda rodzica albo opiekuna prawnego.

4. Dozwolone korzystanie

Uzytkownik zobowiazuje sie korzystac z Aplikacji zgodnie z prawem i jej przeznaczeniem.

  • Nie wolno dekompilowac, modyfikowac ani obchodzic zabezpieczen Aplikacji.
  • Nie wolno wykorzystywac Aplikacji do dzialan niezgodnych z prawem.
  • Nie wolno ingerowac w reklamy, system nagrod, postep gry ani wyniki w sposob nieuprawniony.
  • Nie wolno usuwac informacji o prawach autorskich lub dostawcy Aplikacji.

5. Postep gry i dane lokalne

Postep gry jest przechowywany lokalnie. Usuniecie Aplikacji, wyczyszczenie danych Aplikacji, reset postepu albo zmiana urzadzenia moga spowodowac utrate wynikow i ustawien. Aplikacja nie zapewnia synchronizacji postepu z kontem online.

6. Reklamy

Aplikacja moze wyswietlac reklamy Google AdMob, w tym reklamy pelnoekranowe oraz reklamy z nagroda. Reklamy pelnoekranowe moga pojawiac sie po ukonczeniu poziomow, z ograniczona czestotliwoscia. Reklamy z nagroda sa dobrowolne.

Reklamy sa dostarczane przez Google i moga wymagac zgody uzytkownika w zaleznosci od regionu. Szczegoly dotyczace danych, identyfikatorow reklam i zgody opisuje Polityka prywatnosci Aplikacji.

7. Podpowiedzi i nagrody

Aplikacja moze oferowac darmowe podpowiedzi oraz podpowiedzi uzyskiwane po obejrzeniu reklamy z nagroda. Podpowiedz przesuwa najblizsza aktywna kulke o jedna orbite do centrum. Uzycie podpowiedzi moze ograniczyc wynik danego poziomu do jednej gwiazdki.

Jezeli reklama z nagroda nie jest dostepna, Aplikacja moze odmowic przyznania podpowiedzi albo poprosic uzytkownika o ponowienie proby pozniej.

8. Zakupy w aplikacji

Aktualna wersja Aplikacji nie oferuje aktywnych zakupow w aplikacji. Jezeli w przyszlosci zostana dodane zakupy, beda obslugiwane zgodnie z zasadami sklepu, z ktorego uzytkownik pobral Aplikacje, w szczegolnosci Google Play lub Apple App Store.

9. Wlasnosc intelektualna

Aplikacja, jej nazwa, kod, grafika, interfejs, mechaniki gry, poziomy, efekty wizualne, elementy audio i inne skladniki sa chronione prawem wlasnosci intelektualnej, chyba ze wyraznie wskazano inaczej.

Uzytkownik otrzymuje ograniczona, niewylaczna, nieprzenoszalna licencje na korzystanie z Aplikacji do celow osobistych i rozrywkowych.

10. Aktualizacje i zmiany

Dostawca moze aktualizowac Aplikacje, zmieniac balans poziomow, mechaniki, reklamy, efekty, tresci, system podpowiedzi lub inne funkcje, jezeli jest to zwiazane z rozwojem Aplikacji, bezpieczenstwem, wymaganiami sklepow lub przepisami prawa.

11. Dostepnosc i odpowiedzialnosc

Aplikacja jest dostarczana jako gra rozrywkowa. Dostawca doklada staran, aby dzialala prawidlowo, ale nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanego dzialania, braku bledow ani zgodnosci z kazdym urzadzeniem.

W zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo Dostawca nie odpowiada za szkody posrednie, utrate lokalnego postepu gry, problemy wynikajace z dzialania urzadzenia, systemu operacyjnego, sklepu z aplikacjami lub uslug zewnetrznych.

13. Sklepy z aplikacjami

Aplikacja moze byc dystrybuowana przez Google Play, Apple App Store, TestFlight lub inne platformy. Korzystanie z tych platform podlega rowniez regulaminom i zasadom odpowiednich dostawcow.

14. Zmiany Regulaminu

Regulamin moze byc aktualizowany w razie zmian Aplikacji, modelu reklam, funkcji, danych dostawcy, wymagan platform lub przepisow prawa. Aktualna wersja bedzie dostepna pod adresem wskazanym w Aplikacji i w sklepie z aplikacjami.

Terms of Use for SYNC: Orbit Drop

These Terms of Use describe the rules for using the mobile application SYNC: Orbit Drop (the “App”). By using the App, the user accepts these Terms.

1. App Provider

The App is provided by Nexitech Sp. z o.o..

2. About the App

SYNC: Orbit Drop is a mobile arcade puzzle game. Players rotate orbits, synchronize signals, guide colored balls through gates, and try to bring them to the center of the board.

The App does not require a user account or login. Game progress, settings, records, stars, daily streaks, and hint credits are stored locally on the user’s device.

3. Eligibility

The App may be used by people who can accept these Terms under the laws of their country. Minors should use the App with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the App lawfully and for its intended purpose.

  • Users must not decompile, modify, or bypass App protections.
  • Users must not use the App for illegal activity.
  • Users must not interfere with ads, rewards, game progress, or scores in an unauthorized way.
  • Users must not remove copyright notices or provider information from the App.

5. Game Progress and Local Data

Game progress is stored locally. Uninstalling the App, clearing App data, resetting progress, or changing devices may delete saved results and settings. The App does not synchronize progress with an online account.

6. Ads

The App may display Google AdMob ads, including interstitial ads and rewarded ads. Interstitial ads may appear after completed levels with limited frequency. Rewarded ads are optional.

Ads are provided by Google and may require user consent depending on the user’s region. Details about data, advertising identifiers, and consent are described in the App’s Privacy Policy.

7. Hints and Rewards

The App may offer free hints and hints obtained after watching a rewarded ad. A hint moves the nearest active ball one orbit inward toward the center. Using a hint may limit the level result to one star.

If a rewarded ad is not available, the App may refuse to grant the hint or ask the user to try again later.

8. In-App Purchases

The current version of the App does not offer active in-app purchases. If purchases are added in the future, they will be handled according to the rules of the app store from which the user downloaded the App, including Google Play or Apple App Store.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, code, graphics, interface, gameplay mechanics, levels, visual effects, audio elements, and other components are protected by intellectual property laws unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes.

10. Updates and Changes

The provider may update the App and change level balance, mechanics, ads, effects, content, hint systems, or other features when related to App development, security, store requirements, or legal compliance.

11. Availability and Liability

The App is provided as an entertainment game. The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the App working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of local game progress, or issues caused by the user’s device, operating system, app store, or third-party services.

13. App Stores

The App may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, TestFlight, or other platforms. Use of those platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform provider.

These Terms may be updated if the App, advertising model, features, provider information, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The current version will be available at the URL provided in the App and in the relevant app store.
