This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Breederid application and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation

  • Application refers to Breederid, the software program provided by the Company.

  • Country refers to: Poland.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, a tablet or other digital device.

  • Service refers to the Application, including mobile, web and desktop versions.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically when using the Service.
  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

The Application does not display advertisements and does not sell Personal Data.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Application is available free of charge for a 30-day trial period. After this period, access may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers:

  • Google Play (Android)
  • Apple App Store (iOS)
  • Stripe (Web version)

We do not store or process payment card details directly.

Data Storage and Processing

We use Firebase (Google LLC) as our backend infrastructure and database. Personal Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Your country, including outside the European Economic Area.

Appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, are applied where required by law.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share Your Personal Data only in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers acting on Our behalf
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.)
  • With Your explicit consent

We do not share data with advertising networks.
